Expert legal services with over half a century of experience, we provide sophisticated legal solutions across a board epectrum of demestic and international matters.
We also regularly issue legal opinions in connection with loans and secured transactions, and have drafted standard bank documentation for use in Thailand.
We have advised and assisted a major international bank in its takeover of a local Thai bank, and routinely advise various foreign banks in connection with the operation of their local branches. On the project finance side, we are experienced in advising sponsors and/or lenders in major projects in Thailand, including drafting and review of financing documentation.
